Acknowledgment and Agreement:

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and fully understand the following terms and conditions. These terms are an essential part of your contract with LUX AUTO STUDIO. You are also given an opportunity to recive a copy by emailing us at Info@luxautostudio.com and requesting a copy.

Estimates and Pricing:

We provide on-site price estimates based on prior experience and information provided by the customer. If the actual cost exceeds the quote, you’ll have the option to pay an increased fee or proceed without completing the service.

Complaints and Guarantee:

If you’re dissatisfied with the service, inform us prior to leaving the service area and or within 24 hours if you have not picked up the vehicle personally. Upon agreement, You can schedule a free re-detailing within 7 days from the initial service, provided outstanding balances are paid.

Extreme Vehicle Condition:

If your vehicle is in extreme condition, We may not fully detail it within the allotted time. You may need an additional detail and time promised may have to be extended.

Services Not Covered:

We do not cover removal of seats, bodily fluid cleanup ( $200 charge if agreed to preform), seat tracks, glove boxes (unless requested and empty), spare tire areas, undercarriage, or wheel wells.
